Through our extrusion process we are able to manufacture plastic profiles and tubing for a variety of needs
To supply one of our rapidly growing proprietary products, we incorporated extrusion into our capabilities more than 30 years ago. Since then we have continued to expand this department and now have five machines with sizes ranging from 1.0 to 3.5 inches. We are able to offer coextrusion and dual durometer applications.
Our Extrusion capabilities include rigid and flexible profiles and tubing. We also have experience in all types of in-line secondary operations, with punch press requirements to automated router applications. This includes engineering and construction of specialty downstream equipment for specific applications.
